Hoorn arrangement

A daytrip to Hoorn and back, where is the opportunity to view the beautiful VOC city of Hoorn.

 

The fill out of the day could be:

  • Ca. 10:00 uur reception on board with coffee / tea and pastries.
    The ship is berthed in the Port Batavia in Lelystad. (Port of Muiden is closed to vessels of our size)
  • Ca. 10:30 Departure
  • After leaving the port the sails are hoisted together with the guests. For devotees there is a possibility for active sailing on the Tall-ship.
  • Ca. 12:30 A buffet lunch consisting of a delicious soup, salads, cold meats, pastries and of course "van Dobben" meat croquettes
  • Ca. 14:30 Arrival in Hoorn. The guests will go ashore.
  • Ca. 16:00 Reception on board with haring and skipper bitter. Reception on board with haring and skipper bitter © Derk-Jan Dijkstra Departure and sail back to Lelystad.
  • Ca. 18:30 Start deluxe dinner buffet consisting of a large number of cold
    and hot dishes.
  • Ca. 21:30 Arrival in Lelystad. Farewell of the guests.

The hot/cold buffet consists of:

Gravadlax with honey sweetened mustard-dill sauce, spring onions and mange salad
Roast beef with potatosalad and vegetables
Dried ham with pesto, Parmesan cheese and tapanade dressing

Main dishes

Tillapiafilet with leaf spinach and beure blanc
Roast pork fricandeau with a garnish of fried onions, mushrooms and bacon
Sirloin Steak with onion compote and red wine sauce
Potato Gratin

The barbeque buffet consists of:
Spicy Mergeuz sausage
Beef tenderloin skewer with paprika
Homemade hamburger
Chicken satay with peanut sauce
Crispy grilled Scottish salmon fillet
Potato salad
Pasta salad with dried tomatoes and pesto dressing
Greek salad with feta cheese, marinated olives and tomatoes
Fried small potatoes
Baguette and herb butter
All meat and fish are accompanied by a variety of sauces.

Aforementioned we can offer you for a price of € 135,- per person incl. VAT. This price is based on a number of 70 persons. The offset price per person more or less is € 85,-. Included in above price are catering, excellent service and all bar drinks included.
