Outdoortraining
On board of our ship also outdoor training sessions are organized. We have height, depth, water, beach, ropes, sails, barrels, boats, poles, plenty of space on deck and inside, anything and everything for outdoor training in one location.
These courses are tailor-made (mostly by or in cooperation with specialized training agencies) and coexist with different assignments which are related to the sailing of the ship in all its facets, also from tasks in the water, on an island or on the beach. Ideal for teambuilding!
For trainers is the ship, because of its privacy, all the possibilities and exclusive use the ideal training location. For newly formed groups, which have to function as a team, we have our own course group development.

Philosophy
For every organization it is important to have optimal efficiency of the existing potential of its employees. For this it is i.a. necessary that those workers can make full use of each other's capabilities, i.e. to function as a team.
Before successful collaboration is possible, a partnership has to go through several phases. These developments run according to set patterns. After a sensing phase which is followed by a confrontation phase, in developed groups, it is followed by the harmony phase. Only in this phase is optimal collaboration possible. The design of the training ascertains a rapid group development.
Duration
The course duration is 3 days.
| First day: | reception at about 10.00 hours. Explanation sails and sailing orders. | |
| Second day: | collaboration exercises on a beach, followed by sailing and a team assignment. | |
| Third day: | completion team task and sailing orders. |
The evening program is established in consultation with the client.
Costs
The price is € 9900,- excl. VAT and is based on groups up to 24 people.
The price includes all costs for the ship, guidance and extensive catering.
Hollands range of alcoholic beverages after 18:00 hours.
Accommodation based on double room. Departure and arrival port is Lelystad.
The offer is valid Monday trough Thursday.
